some of our favorite combinations are:
strawberry and watermelon with a splash of maple syrup (no juice needed, just blend the fruit)
banana, pineapple and coconut milk (like a pina colada, only full of goodness!)
mangoes & mango or orange juice (i peel a bunch of mangoes and just pop them in the blender)
i'm about to try an orange creamsicle one, with orange juice, coconut milk, and vanilla extract. i'll let you know how it turns out!
no joke, we have neighborhood kids coming over for popsicles because they like them better than the store-bought ones... i just don't let the cat out of the bag to the kids that these are uber healthy! i did, however, disclose to a group of moms the other day that i had put fish oil in their kids' popsicles, which is when they became extra impressed that their kids liked them!!
