how to create a gluten free kitchen
grab a cup of tea, and hunker down. we're getting serious here -
while it isn't true that your kitchen is the only place you need to focus on while getting rid of the gluten in your life, it is true that it's probably the biggest job!! that being said, i firmly believe that the hardest part of the job is the thinking - making sure that you've thought of every nook and cranny, spice, sauce, cooking surface, etc. that's the hard part - the actual act of editing your kitchen isn't that bad.
here's what i propose - why don't i do the thinking? i'll walk you through each aspect of your kitchen, ask the questions, point out the products and utensils, locations, etc, and take out the overwhelming part of the task. sound like a plan? let's do it...
on the left, start at the top and work your way through the different areas of your kitchen! once you've got that under control, you can move onto the other rooms in your house!
